How long does it take to buy a home?

If you're buying with a mortgage, closing usually happens within 47 days. If you're paying cash, it can take as little as 7 to 10 days.
How Do I Start The Process?
Step 1: Pick your Realtor or Real Estate Team to represent you.
Step 2: Figure out your Financing. Are you going to pay cash, or do you need to get pre approved for a Mortgage to Purchase a home?
Step 3: Start your online home search ( a lot of people do this as step one. Which is logical but out of order.)
